Hello, I have Direct TV service and the phone call I just had with your customer service team was absolutely ridiculous! They refused to send a tech out to fix my Direct TV and then when they finally said they would it was all of a sudden a $49 charge and this was coming from the supervisor who was so rude it was unreal!!!!. I feel as a paying customer of which I spend over 100 dollars a month on they should actually care if my service works or not but obviously I am paying for nothing! I feel as if this problem should be fixed ASAP or my service should be shut off free of charge!
