I have shopped at JC for years. I love the stylish options available and the affordable prices. I have been a loyal customer and have really enjoyed shopping at your store. Unfortunately, I have come across a problem. I have tried contacting your customer service team and they refuse to be helpful. I have also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and am considering contacting the local news. This company continues to send everything I order to the wrong address. Now I have an expensive order I'm likely never to receive. Purchase date: 11/25/16 (online) I ordered a large order from JCP . About a week later, I received 2/10 items. After that, I heard nothing from JCP. About a week later, I called customer service two times. Both times I sat on hold for 20+ minutes before hanging up. I called UPS. They tried to deliver and could not so they gave it to USPS. USPS says they tried and could not so they sent one item back to JCP and the rest could be redelivered. I asked for redelivery . It says it was delivered, but I don't have my items. I look at the confirmation email and they sent it to the wrong apartment. I put it Apt 122 and they switched it to 123. This happened back when I got a credit card through them. They sent it to the wrong address and NEVER told me that it wasn't activated; after a month, I called and they told me it'd been delivered to the wrong apartment and finally sent me a new one. I contacted @askJCP on twitter and they basically said they were sorry but they could recharge me for the one item that was returned. I said no because that item had been purchased on a Black Friday discount and I was not paying full price for it. All they bothered to say was, "I apologize. Please let me know if I may be of further assistance! - Meredith". I am angry because JCP never told me that my item was experiencing delivery issues. They also switched my address (again). I may never receive this package now because I don't know where it is. It says delivered, but where is it? JCP is refusing to help. I want a refund. Like I said, I love JCP and I want to continue shopping with your company, but this issue has really disappointed me and made it hard for me to be a return customer.
