sandra sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
hello
I have tried to claim for my parents cancelled flights- the flight was booked on 03/07/2016, but my father was admitted to hospital as an emergency patientwith an unforeseen illness which will prevent him from flying again. I have sent in all the medical evidence to support this- and explained that last year my parents cancelled a flight as my dad was unwell(we did not know why at the time) however, he suffered 2 heart attaks and underwent a triple heart bypass) we did not put a cliam in for this. however as they are both 76 years of age - they can ill afford to loose yet more money. I am so upset that no one is prepared to help them- even though one of your operators advised me to claim a refund this way. we had only booked for them 3 weeks earlier. can someone please look into this - this is so unfair, my parents have flown with your airline for years- they do not want to cancel this holiday , holidays are all they have now- but illness dictates this. can I please be contacted on, my name is Sandra Harrison daughter of William and Sheila
