Hello I hope I'm reaching the right people and I hope I can get something done about this situation and I hope I speak to someone that will handle this. I spoke to a woman named Blair who spoke to me in such a,horrible manner I want her coached immediately and I also want to know why my account was closed after I did not receive my order? This is unacceptable and I'm not going to stand for it or let it happen. My account is not associated with anyone else's and I did not receive my order and I want the refund for this order. I was told I would receive a 171 dollar refund for the items I did not receive. I'm deeply upset and baffled about how this is being handled
Ok now I'm going to make this clear and I am not ever going to be spoken to the way I was by the person who emailed me last who was afraid to leave their name.
My name is HOWARD JONS, I made ONE order at this website to my APARTMENT BUILDING. I have made many orders but never had a issue before.
Now the issue I had with this order I DID NOT RECEIVE the items. I ordered four items and they did not come. I should not be told owell and that I lost my money and my items. That is totally unacceptable and I'm not going to let it happen!
Again I was suppose to RECEIVE my items today Thursday May 26th and these where gifts for my son and I did not receive these and I called in and spoke with a supervisor who offered a full refund and an additional credit to make things right for a new order.
I was told the full refund and credit of 50 dollars would be added up and sent as a e gift card because I don't have any access to my gift cards. I was told a gift card of 171.71 would be refunded and credited to me.
I spoke with a woman named DONNA who offered this and told me I would not have a problem but I have been having nothing but issues with this store and with customer service talking to me very rudely and telling me it's totally fine that I don't receive my items and that I am someone else. I'm not a liar and I have NEVER had any issue here. I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT building with over 400 remnants so I want an apology for the inconvenience and for the problems I'm having here with this I want someone to contact me
