Joseph sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy that said:
Hello I hope that this reaches someone in a higher position then abhinav esreepersaud. This gentleman spoke to me very poorly and told me he was the ceo of this company. He also claimed to be higher then shari L Ballard and you Hubert Joly. I explained to him I was disappointed and upset with how he spoken to me in email and he told me to shut up and listen to him. He told me that I'm stupid and I was not receiving anything because he don't care and I would not talk to anyone higher then him. He spoke to me so rudely and when I told him that I would not be shopping at this store any longer he said he did not care and it doesn't matter to matter to him. I want to be explained why he and his secretary Amanda can speak to me in such a horrible manner. I want go understand why I was offered a one time 50 dollar e gift card sent to my email , I want this gentleman coached and handled immediately because I was pulled out of a meeting because of this issue and I won't be shopping at this store any longer due to the way my experience and issues where handled by this gentleman. I want to understand why I was offered the gift card and why it's acceptable any guest is treated in this manner. Also I did NOT include what else this gentleman said in the phone call because it's inappropriate and unacceptable.
