Hello I just got off the phone with Anna from Kraft complaining about a bottle of salad dressing bar code. Expired Ja 31 2016. She was very nice.
When I purchased this dressing I did not notice it was expired. I used the dressing on my salad and the taste was off When I noticed it was expired I called Kraft. I forgot where I bought it because it was a few months ago. I was told because it is expired I had to go to the store and complain. Firstly I find the expiry codes not legible it is in a thin white print and it is hard to read, it shoud be in a standard location not where the manufacturer feels like putting it. 2nd I would think that Kraft would satisfy all its customers. About 20 years ago I had a problem with a Kraft product and it was dealt with - now - obviously cut backs and they do not treat customers #1. The more I get upset the more I think stay away from grocery middle isles and make it myself because I know it is fresh. VERY DISCOURAGED CUSTOMER. Cathie
