Hello,
I looked in stores for my daughter a pair of size 11 black volleyball shoes. I was unable to locate a pair in the stores. I figured that I would have to order online because of the size. I figured even with the holidays I would go ahead and pay for two day shipping. I order December 25, 2015 with two day shipping. The shoes arrived on December 30. They were two different shoes both for the left foot. I understand things happen and mistakes are made. So I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke with on the telephone assured me with overnight shipping I would have them by Monday January 4, 2016. The day came and went. I called around to local stores yet again and there weren't any. Her game is today Tuesday January 5, 2016 and yet the wrong shoes came again today!! I just can't believe it. Then, I paid $44.99 for the first pair of shoes and the same shoes $54.99. You would think that when speaking with customer service that problem could be corrected. Itâs just unbelievable speaking with customer service and a couple different stores how non-friendly the stores and customer service are. I just can't understand how so many mistakes couldâve been made. Then, there was a note stating that the boxes were checked. Any
