I own a Nissan qashqai + 2 . I bought this car from Nissan westway Wolverhampton. It was a brand new car when we ordered it.
This car at the monent is with the dealership for faulty gear box repair. After three months of struggle they have agreed that the gear box is faulty .
Now today just they have rung us and are asking for £222.75 for the clutch replacement .
I don't understand what kind of con they are. As at the first said there is no problem in the car. Then said it is the linkage system nothing else. Then agreed the gear box is faulty and now the clutch.
We were told from two RAC ENGINEERS that the gearbox is faulty and that has made a consequential effect on the clutch . We did tell them on the very first day about this but they weren't ready to listen .
As a result of this email . I kindly request you to please look in this matter as urgency . I have three children and really struggling without a reliable car . I am not happy to pay anything for the clutch.
Its been now nearly three months and still struggling on it . I am still paying my car insurance and also loosing business.
I want you to know how your dealership is handling the customers like me who are really really struggling.
