I purchase a mattress set frame at your white marsh location. White Marsh on 12/30/15. I received a courtesy call on 12/31/15 telling me my order left the warehouse. I contact JC penny on 01/02/15 @2:01pm spoke to Representative and was told my order was in route. I did not hear back from JC Penny so I called back on 01/05/16 @ 5:17pm was told my order left the warehouse was in route to the hub and I should receive a phone call weds or Thursday morning with a delivery date. I contact JC today @ 1:30p spoke to Alex who inform me that he was a supervisor and that my order left the warehouse today. I was very upset and questions why he explain the why and stated he would see about if he could get the order to me sooner. i told him this was unacceptable and I wanted to speak with a manager. Alex stated he would have a manager call me because no manager was around. I asked for the number to corporate. i spoke with a young lady in corporate who took my information, placed me on hold and came back with another supervisor. This young lady stated that she was a manager which i question why did Alex who stated he was a supervisor could not help me. She informed me that the set had to be made and it normally takes 3-4 weeks which i explain to her no one informed me of this when I purchase my Mattress set. I informed the supervisor/Manager that I would contact the president of the company. Her response was " you can contact him its nothing he can do about the order" and we can not make the order ship out any faster. I am VERY, VERY UPSET WITH THE LIES I HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOUR COMPANY ABOUT MY ORDER. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL. THIS IS VERY DISHEARTENING TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF JC PENNY. AS OF TODAY I WILL NOT SHOP AT YOUR COMPANY AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE I RECEIVED AT JC PENNY. I WILL INFORM THEM HOW THIS ORGANIZATION DID NOTHING BUT LIED TO ME BEGINNING ON 12/31/15. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I RECEIVED A COURTESY CALL TO TELL ME MY ORDER LEFT THE WAREHOUSE ON 12/31/15 AND NOW I AM BEING TOLD IT JUST SHIPPED TODAY AND I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO BEFORE RECEIVING MY ORDER. WHAT COMPANY MAKES A CUSTOMER WAIT A MONTH FOR THEIR PRODUCT... IF YOU NEED TO DISCUSS ANYTHING ELSE I CAN BE REACHED.

A VERY, VERY, VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
