Hello, I purchased a My paypal Cash card for 500.00 yesterday. I logged onto the my cash card site to tranfer the money and continued to get the error 203. I called paypal and the my cash card department said to send my driver's license, receipt and a picture of the cash card. I did all of that and was told that they see the money on the card but can't transfer it to my paypal account. This is all the money I have for Christmas. Paypal has stolen my money. I need my money today. Roslyn
