Hello, I received a credit card offer in the mail for a cc and to do balance transfers. I applied online, entering the balance transfers needed. When I got my card I activated it. I then tried to find more info on the balance transfer. There is nothing on your website explaining transfer or getting any info about it. I called your customer NO service and thought I was doing a balance transfer. A couple of days later I noticed online that the transfer was not showing up. I have emailed customer service numerous times only to get no where. I finally got to talk with a female csr that was no help. The delay in processing my balance has cot me to make a payment and additional finance charges. It turned out that the csr that took my original transfer info messed it up and I was told the transfer was requested to be sent to my house. When told the this and asked what was being sent to my house, I was not given a answer. I asked the girl "what is a balance transfer"? She said a transfer between two bank. OK Why and WHAT is going to be sent to my house. She could not answer. I finally got a call from SCOTT, who was rude and offered no help other than process the transfer again. He informed me that it would take 2-4 weeks to process.. I have done transfers with a different bank that was completed in 24- 48 hours.
I am on a limited disability income and can not afford to throw away money. I feel that the transfer fee needs to be waved to cover the extra interest charges I'm going to have to pay.
