Hello I recently stayed in the print works hotel in Liverpool and booked my reservation through booking.com. I have emailed print works hotel them selves and had no reply I have been advised to email you as you sorted my reservation. The problem is during our stay at the print works hotel firstly when we got to our room the door was broke (the handle was barely hanging on to the door). It smelt damp in the room, the floor by the window had a huge wet patch that was the length of the bed, their was no loo roll in our room and only had one towel wich had someone else's hair on it. As i was climbing into the shower the edge of the bath was very rough and i grazed and bruised behind my knee, the bed was uncomfortable and it wasn't till the next morning as I was fixing the bed getting ready to leave and noticed that one pillow had blue ink all over it and one had what looked like mould from being damp, and worst of all the mattress had a lot of blood on it. I was very upset and disgusted and angry about finding this after sleeping in it. When we left and told a woman on the way out about the blood all's she really said was "wasn't there a mattress protector on the bed" and we said no there wasn't and then she said well apart from that did we have a good night. Well we have 2 young children so we don't get much time to our selves and we chose that day as our valentines day as I was working on the weekend. We were stressed out all day sorting our children out before we could leave and then getting to the hotel and everything being the way it was really basically ruined our night out. The best part of that night was going out for the meal. I am really not happy about this and we paid £60 for the room which wasn't worth it. I have pictures of the pillows the blood and my leg
