Hello, i sincerely hope you recieve this message. I desperately need your help. I do not know where else to go. I found out today that all of my bank funds were being taken to pay off a lightstream loan that was charged off. I was left with 1 cent....im not sure how i will pay bills, feed my 2 kids, pay for gas. I take full responsibility for the lightstream loan and the non payments, but that was never my intention. The money from the loan was used to hire a lawyer to try and keep my ex wife from taking my kids from me which was successful. I made several payments but the financial burden became too much. I was unaware of that suntrust could remove funds to pay for such debts and had planned to start making payments again once i got back in a good financial standing. Ive been with suntrust for 15 plus years and have enjoyed every minute, all i ask is for some help, a way to recoup some of the money taken, just so i can live. Thank you
