Hello. I stayed in your ESyracuse Embassy Suites 10/19-10/20 and it was awful. The staff didn't identify me as a HHonors member, my room had MULTIPLE issues and courteous was lacking. I reached out and received 10K points - but no one called and I know that's standard. I am looking for contact and for someone to rectify this situation. If not, I'll be contacting the BBB.
