hello I thought I would inform you of the disgracefull and pathetic treatment I have received from your customer care staff in phoenix which includes atleast 2 supervisors
for the past several days I have been unable to sign in to load offers on to my card so my question is rather simple why am I not able to do so? site issue? other issue?
all I get when I call is hung up on and no help at all
I have had a supervisor barry hang up on me twice no help at all, a marion or Maryanne? another supervisor hung up on me as well and Im sure I have had another perhaps john?
all the others Britney, zack and many others just hang up on me
not one of them even tried to help me or explain anything nor would they answer my simple question
why is this acceptable?
