I wanted to reach out and discuss some possibilities with you and your organization. I work for Home Care Medical in New Berlin WI. I started here in May of 2016 as the Manager of Reimbursement Services. Upon my start I inherited a balance ($4200) of unpaid claims with your organization. I am sure this is at our fault, I am asking if your organization will would be willing to waive the timely filing standards and process these claims for our organization. I am working on new processes within so this does not happen in the future. Please let me know your thoughts on the above.
