Hello, I wanted to take time to report an awesome employee at the little rd in New Port Richey, Florida store. I ordered an item online and found that it was missing an item inside the package. I called the local store and Gianna answered the phone. Not only did she let me know the store had the item in Stock, she went out of her way to go get the item and store it for me until my arrival to exchange it. I was very grateful for her help.
