I went to your website today and because nowhere in the country could I find the model that I was trying to get I tried to do a build of a Toyota Tacoma. The bills was not four doors. Rather it was the model that has a flip-down seat in the back. Theres a number of reasons that I wanted this model. I believe it's Sr. I wanted the base model and I got to a certain point where the build only gave me 4 cylinders. Thats when I went to the chat.
Today I spent about an hour in your chat room for Southeast Toyota. I certainly can email you the transcript as you had a way to save that. It took me a while but finally got the chat person Charles to understand that I was looking for a 6 cylinder in the build. He said he could see it. He then went into a bunch of questions about where I am interested in buying it. Of course all I was interested in this to see if you had a 6 cylinder on the base model of the Sr. Next he emailed apparently the Delray people.
I received a email from Delray right away period was not crazy about giving them my email as I am concerned about them selling it to someone else. I get enough spam. Anyway comma he could also not help me. This all together took about 3 hours of my time. Now I know that you do not want to get this email and spend your time answering it. But as it is your company and I suppose you are interested in your company, I want to say that the total disregard for my time in my request is just ethically not right. I know if somebody spent 3 hours in your day leading you down our road and saying oh yes I can help you with that and then no help whatsoever was gotten you would not be happy. Anyway comma all I was trying to do was find the price 4 the SR base model, not the four door, in silver comma with a 6 cylinder engine. This does not seem that difficult but the internet manager was not able to accommodate me from Delray Toyota. I gotta tell you if I did this in my business it would be a disaster.
