Hello! I write to you because I do not see any other way to resolve the situation. May 26 my Playstation Network account stolen. In Sony technical support I contacted May 29 and 30, provided all the necessary data for the return of the account. Today, July 25, and the situation is still not resolved. Repeated appeals to support accompanied answer "Unfortunately no information regarding the administration of your question has not yet been reported." It's been almost 2 months, and my account have not returned yet. Many users are facing a similar problem as you can read on the forums. Sony support considers requests for weeks, and solves them for months. I find this attitude to customers simply unacceptable and does not conform to the status of Sony company! I really appreciate your product and all you are doing for us! I appeal to you - to strengthen the protection from hacking accounts and to provide adequate time problem solving by Sony support!
