Hello, Im a small business customer of yours.
Recently Ive inquired as to your product offerings on the following:
1. Credit Cards with no foreign transaction fees
2. The foreign country ATM fee of $5 per transaction + 3% of transaction amount.
Because I got no response to my questions regarding #1 I now have a Bank of America business credit card with no foreign transaction fees.
B of A also offers ATM withdrawals in foreign countries for a flat $5 fee (or zero with certain exceptions).
My question for you is: How are you competitive with B of A when they offer better products than you?
I dont want to change banks, but you are paying me to leave through the avoidance of unnecessary fees.
