Hello, I'm sending the email to inquire why customers with Dick's store branded credit cards cannot use these cards for shopping via website. I've been grappling with this logic for sometime before sending the email and I haven't been able to come up with anything that makes sense.
As someone who does live relatively close to any of your stores, shopping online would not only be convenient but, hey let's face it most people shop online in todays world.
I also got to wondering...How many Dick's Sporting Goods store branded credit card holders are out there with those cards in good standing that you are missing out on, that like me 1. Don't live close to any of the stores or 2. Just like the convenience of online shopping.
I'm not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but I would only imagine that you would want to have these customers shop more frequently and the possibility of the increased sales this could bring.
I like being in your store and when I'm in any of the areas they are located in my city I go inside, but to be honest that's probably 3-4 times a year, but I shop online just about everyday.
I'm not a business scholar and I don't have a college degree, but I have worked in the business world and this to me seems like a no brainer.
