Hello, I'm sorry to take this issue so high up, but GameStops Customer support has been so terrible I don't know who else to turn too.

I ordered an item through the online store
I paid for two day shipping but my item never shipped.

However, my item IS listed as shipped, its been that way since the day I placed the order.
However, the tracking number I was given on the 13th, has not moved since that date, which is the whole issue I'm writing you about.

In fact, the order never left the warehouse.

The only thing listed is:

What this means is the USPS have been notified to expect the package, but never received it.

It appears it never left the warehouse, and that is also what your customer support told me yesterday.

They told me that it had not left the warehouse yet, but since there was a tracking number they could not refund it, and that the only thing to do was hope the warehouse got it to USPS at some point.

I have never experienced a worse customer support in my life. I all asked for was for them to ship my game or give me a refund, and they refused on both counts, even through they admitted my package had never left their warehouse, they said they could do nothing because their systems listed it as shipped because they had generated a tracking number for it. Despite my package never leaving their hands, rather the investigating why the package was lost at the warehouse, they told me I just had to wait for something that clearly was never going to ship, and that I could not have a refund. Your company stole $80 from me

If my game is not going to ship, please do something to get my money returned to me.
