Hello, I'm trying to bring my account current. I was laid off from my job and trying to make ends meet. I have been hired by another employer but cannot start work until next month when the position becomes available. In the meantime I am working hard to get my account caught up and back in good standing. I have hit a temporary setback and wanted to know if there are any temporary options until I start my new job next month? In the meantime I am looking into all possible options to get the bill paid up to date, and Im confident I will do so, I just need a little time to come up with it. I am going to try and make another payment in two weeks. My current phone number on file was a company phone provided by my last employer and is no longer a working number. I hope to have a new phone number in the next week, and I will call and update you with that. Thank you for your time and help in this matter. Can you please let me know if there are any options right now to help me get current on my bill?
I have emailed through sce.com at least 10 times and have not received a response. Due to my financial situation at the moment, I do not have a cell phone or any working phone at this time. I am trying every reasonable way to make good on my bill, I just need temporary help to get me through until I start my job in 6-8 weeks, Thank you for your time and help!
