Hello, I’m writing in because I’m extremely upset and disappointed in my experience with your – Brian C Cornell email address

Scott sent a message to Brian C. Cornell Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Target Corporation that said:

Hello, I'm writing in because I'm extremely upset and disappointed in my experience with your website and customer service. Also the fact that I have to call in and talk with someone over the phone is upsetting because I work and cannot sit on the phone for hours at a time. I was spoken to rudely by several agents over the telephone and I was told to shut up and I was called stupid. I was laughed at and I was extremely upset with how I was spoken to by a woman over the telephone. I tried to explain that my cart would not load at your website and I was having issues but this person Did not want to help. I then called in and spoke with a gentleman who was a manager. They apologized and told me this was unacceptable. They offered me a one time courtesy 50 dollar e gift for all the issues I had here. I was told this would be sent to my email . Well I have yet to receive this and I'm deeply disappointed in my overall experience I'm having and I want to know why I was offered this and I did NOT receive it. This is unacceptable and I wanted to bring it to your attention.
