Hello,
Is it possible, that someone in the executive office can reach out regarding our wireless service i have filed several tickets with no resolution regarding a site located in Hunterdon county, NJ that services my home and large part of my local area. The site is in dire need of a capacity upgrade its overwhelmed with subpar LTE speeds of less than 5mg even during off peak and near the site. It only has band 13 LTE while most of the other sites in the area have bands 4 and 13 and get up to 80mb. Very frustrated and no one seems to care. We are ex military customers who have a military discount on our account meanwhile friends and family are on ATT and T-mobile in my area with far superior speeds now since they recent upgraded this area. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
