I've been a loyal customer to your company since 2011. I've purchased nearly every release alongside DLC's/Add-on's etc...
The past two weeks I have been disputing an account ban with 'Customer Service'. I have never been such poorly treated in all my life. I also told your employees I suffer with multiple mental illnesses and that the situation is causing me a lot of distress.
The account disputes team are now ignoring myself. I feel totally disrespected. I'm very disappointed since I love playing your games on a daily basis. Please can you look into this further?
