Hello I've been with AIG,workmen comp,over 15 years,for two injuries,at work. Since Im totally disabled. In December 2014 John Grillo called me to tell me he was my new adjuster,and I wouldn't be receiving some of the things I've been getting. I responded,they were medically necessary and the doctor recommended that. He was very nasty and has since wrote 5nasty letters to me and my doctor. Now I went through Coventry nursing service, over 4 years ago,and all these things were put into place for me. My psychiatrist died last March. He refused me this service and I was hospitalized in September 2015. Since he's sent my doctor letters threatening to send me to someone else, for pain management,after 4 years being with him. I lost my brother last March and that's when all the letters started coming and my husband this January. Right now I'm paying for my own therapist once a week. I'm still grieving and getting worse than better,since he became my adjuster. I was in massage therapy till may, this year,for two years. It helped me a great deal, I was able to come down off most medication,in 10 years and felt better. However I now have scoliosis from my back injury. Surgery is not option, it won't help me. AIG knows I went to spine specialist,Dr.Pariadacous, in Shrewsbury,NJ, at your request. Right now I'm in a very bad place mentally as well as physically. All my other adjusters helped me and were wonderful. I don't know why Mr. Grillo is doing this but it's unacceptable! I went to court in May 2016, judge approved it again. Still no psychiatrist. I've lived through 6 deaths close to me in a year, nobody should be treated like this, some days I can't get out of bed, please look into this and help me. I pray every night God would just take me so I don't have to suffer no more, this isn't right! Please help me ! The past 16 years I've also had to raise 5 kids as well and that wasn't easy, .
