I would like to write this letter (email) with you about the suggestion.
I asked the Gamestop cashier/manager that I paid the pre-order and done with that, but they supposed to give "token of appreciate by pre-order" poster (small or large) of "Final Fantasy" new release. That would more feel of satisfy customers. They said no.
why not? So I need do something about that and email with you.
