Hello Jane Fraser, I writing you this message due to foreclosure will take place on my CitiMortgage home soon. I wonder if you can have some of staff to look into a programs such as (OHP), (CHAP) and (HAMP) to save my home. I have lived there over 13 years, did a great job paying over the years. I have been behind now for about 16 months now due a gambling habit. I have also submitted my modification application to the mortgage Specialist and underwriter more then four times and keep getting declined. Can you please have someone look into this so me and kids can have a place to stay. Thank you in advance!
