My names Bshayer im a junior in highschool, and all my friends love love love iHop but the problem is that the nearest one to us is a 1+ hour drive away. its literally a field trip to get their because its so far. But me and my friend Madi thought of a great idea, Walgreens was suppose to put their store on my dads land but we had just bought the land so the paper work wasnt finished so that didnt go to good. that was 2 years ago but my point is, the area is a perfect spot for a iHops. youd get so many more customers, its pretty close to the highway too! so please email me back if you think this is a good idea, thank you!
