Im writing you because of frustration with getting an insurance issue resolved and NO ONE will answer the phone at BBT Insurance tracking center at 1-888-798-1934
I was on hold for 25 minutes and finally gave up. I went into the branch in coral ridge to get this resolved. The banker had to call the same # and met the same fate of being on hold forever. Does anybody work and answer the phone. The loan # is 9166586159-05998 and flood insurance premiums were added to the loan at the rate of $41.00 per month for the last 3 months. The property has Flood insurance and the master policy was emailed and provided to INSDOC8112@oscis.com multiple times. I need the flood insurance cancelled and the $123.00 credited back.
