Hello Lowell,
My local area has an ongoing issue with verizon's copper network on my road the copper lines are severed for over a year again no one from the local office has repaired them. the issue is the lines need to located near the top of utility like cable company has done as trucks damage them. I wanted to reach out to VZ before contacting the PA PUC. This is an ongoing issue. The severed and mangled lines are located approximately at 1780 Narrows Hill Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972 damaged lines extend for about 200 feet. Can someone reach out to me i have called cs nothing has ever been done.
