Hello M. Fettig:

I am writing to you because I am very disappointed in your company. I purchased a washer back in April 2016 (a commercial one no less). In February of 2017 it just stopped working. So not to make this a long email. Here is the short version of it. It has had 3 services calls so far and no tech can fix it. There is a 4th service call put in after parts are ordered again. It has been over 2 weeks without a washer. How long will this go on? It seems like you are going to try and fix it as many times as you can. It needs to be replaced. My family and me have been very cooperative in the entire time. No one should be without a washer for more than 3 days tops. How do you expect us to have clean clothes we havent been able to that this entire time? Very disappointed in your service and will NEVER every buy again your brands and my word of mouth will certainly be heard. I will not recommend to anyone your brands. I am going to also file with the BBB.
