i'm your Singtel customer....i always encounter for Internet problems....but last 23days i m tired about Singtel internet service...hard to open even fb...Saturday night i called up regarding internet issue...but officer doesn't understand tell me my end everything ok Sir..he need to understand customer problem...i told him then he arranged someone to send my home for check but they have time only Wednesday(23/03/16)before that i need to managed...this kind of service Singtel provide to customer???today again i called same issue my call time 00.07...but officer said i understand...i understand....he said we already arranged for u technician....my question before 23rd march if i faced any problem about Internet so i need to tolerate or suffer???if my wife want to use internet i need to off my ph wifi then she able to open fb,you tube....so in this situation i need to sign another contract with Singtel become a victim for another 2yrs....i m really tired frustrated about Internet problem... i hope you can help me improve my internet problems....
