Hello Mam,

I am a premium customer with Fidelity for 15 years. The process to upgrade the account features is very cumbersome and I have lost several opportunities due to this. Due diligence and compliance is appreciated but you are technologically way behind. Filling up the same forms again and again to add one feature( Option selling in today's case) is ridiculous.
