Hello Matt, after my recent experience at my near by Harley I had to reach out. I got my endorsement a few months back and was invited for a get together yesterday at 6pm via voice mail. Dressed in sweats and a hoodie, the manager John approaches me and orders me to leave while Im trying to enjoy myself and at the same time BROWSE the store for gear. He tells me I appear HOMELESS and need to leave. I have never been humiliated as much in my life and the manager of this store ought to be ashamed of himself for these actions. I will never return back to this establishment. Its the Biker Bobs Harley Davidson location in Taylor, Michigan. Their own manager caused a customer to never want to return. I watch undercover boss and I know this is wrong and you as the CEO should know the actions of one of your managers.
