Hello Michael, I was at one of your petsmart locations in Edmonton store 2551. And it was one of the most terrible retail experience I a had. I went in to buy simply nurious dog food, with I bought 2 weeks ago and and the cashier at the time advised me of the savings and used the coupon at her till to help me save some money. I asked her how long this promotion is on for and she advised me that it's good till the end of September. So I went in today to pick up another bag to take advantage of the savings and the cashier refused to give me the discount siteing that company policy is that you have to bring the coupon in yourself. I told her that the coupon is right there beside her and all she had to do was scan it. She absolutely refused to do it. I didn't want to get into an arguement with her so I paid the full price. I'm absolutely disgusted with the way she treated me. I hope this is not the standard of your company.
