Hello Mr. Auld,
I know you must be very busy so I will be as brief as I can. I am in the process of buying a DR Horton home in Las Cruces, NM. A few months back, we noticed that the balcony had a large crack in the exterior stucco. As DR Horton is still building homes here, I went to the closest model home and inquired about the 10 year warranty. I also filled out the online request for warranty in the summer of 2015. My house was built in June of 2006 and I am the second owner. The local construction foreman (Art?) came out and took a look at the crack, he said he would have to call the corporate office and then he would call me back. He never even asked for my phone number, so I know that he was just trying to get rid of me. I have yet to hear back from him or the online warranty department of your company. Is there any way you can intervene? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks, Rob
