Elizabeth sent a message to Brian C. Cornell Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Target Corporation – email address that said:
Hello Mr Brian Cornell! I have wanted to write a note to you for a very long time. While shopping at the Traget state in Oak Lawn, Illinois a few weeks back, something really got under my skin.
The only way to check out was self serve. Every employee was on the floor. I was pissed. I called someone. She came over and called up 2 cashiers up. Senior Citizens were there and feel uncomfortable using that service.
The stores manager sauntering in. Pants hanging low with the belt. The outside of the store is filthy. Garbage, garbage cans full, carts dirty. I can't stand it!! I'm not ever going back there. Many of the Target stores are dirty. Have you heard of power washing ?
What about a manager who dresses like a gang member? It's soo poorly run. I needed someone to know. Because whoever is the area manager, is not doing there job. I've been to several Target stores, and there dirty. Thank You!
