First let me apologize for contacting you regarding this issue which I know is trivial to such a busy person as yourself. However, for me it has been very difficult to get results with anyone after many failed calls and letters. I am a long term 5/3 client. I love my 5/3 bank and very happy with my account services.
I am writing you today to ask for help on a credit reporting matter on my secured credit card opened in 9/2013 and still active. I mailed a payment (the first ever) to your company and it was never received, so I missed the payment in April 2015! When I was called I immediately paid the usual way with my debit card. I have never been late other than that in the almost 3yrs! I am asking for forgiveness for this late payment being reported to the credit bureaus. I know you do not owe me anything but I humbly ask you to consider removing the late payment as a good gesture.
