I'm sure you've received thousands of emails exactly like this one. I have been online from 1-4a.m. trying to
purchase several Lilly Pulitzer items for my daughter.
Unfortunately, your website has crashed several times or mine maybe. I have four items in my cart but, cannot get to them. I had 8 the first time.
It is painful that I wasn't able to place the order.
