Hello Mr. Cornell, on March 17 I called to discuss my bill because I got a late charge fee. The representative told me I was charged $35.00 late fee in spite of me explaining that I was out of the country because I had an an emergency. I had given a family member the money to pay my bill before I left, but they inadvertently paid it on the 10th instead of the 4th. I apologized to the representative for that. They asked me to pay $49.00 to catch up, so I paid it. I AM DISPUTING THE $8.00 THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT. Kindly take care of this matter please.
