Congratulations on your new roll as the CEO of J.C. Penney Comp. I need to say that I hope you are able to save this retail chain from being a use 2B retailer. I have shopped a J.C. Penney all of my life as child with mother all the way up to being a woman. I think you have a big job ahead of you, and from your bio it seems you have the ability to succeed in doing so. I think this turn around should include input from the people who shop faithfully at JCP stores, listen to what they want, like, and why they want to continue to shop at JCP. Listening to the consumers is so very key to the survival of every business, so why not start at this focus point. I would love to share many of my ideas with you and your team. I to have worked in fashion and banking retail and know that success is always growing the bottom line, providing exceptional customer service, great quality products and services, but often this one key element is over looked: truly including ones customer base--the actual customer I would love to be of service and I would like to share my ideas and keep JCP around for the long haul.
