We purchased a 2017 Ford F-250 platinum 3 weeks ago from boulevard Ford in Lewes delaware. We recently received the customer survey request. We are more than happy to complete, however for some reason it says that someone has already completed it on our behalf. Granted, there were a few hiccups during the buying process and even up until this week. (Never had received owners manual, spare key fob). I had to drive back up to Lewes on my own time after placing several calls about my things . We would like to fill the survey out ourselves. Im sure you understand. Thank you
