Hello Mr. Ghosh,
I am really hoping you can help me, I am just a normal first time infinity customer (November 2015) who is having issues with their brand new leased infinity QX60. No one is resolving our issue and we have been told there is nothing wrong.
Issue: our Air Conditioner and temperature control do not work when it's really hot outside . On three occasions in the last three weeks it has stopped working when it's super hot outside. All the climate controls go off and nothing works no matter what buttons we press.
I have three very young children (a 3 yrs 4 mths, 20 months and a new born that is 12 days as of now) and for us to take the car in to the dealership (Alta Infinity) which we have already done is not convenient, yet my husband took it there they kept it over night yesterday we were told they have found an issue with the AC then today when my husband called up to pick up the car they said they can find any issue.
We have leased the Acura MDX for 8years this was the first time we went for an Infinity and we are so disappointed, we had no issues with the Acura in 8 yrs and with the infinity it's just 6 months and there is an issue which they can't even find. The issue is when I'm in the highway and it's really hot and we cannot open the windows with the three kids it's hot as a furnace in the car.
Please please help us. I really look forward to having my experience changed. Please
