Hello Mr. Ghosn,
I have made repeated attempts to get some help from Nissan North America Consumer Affairs in regards to a dealership that I have serious concerns with. I sent an information package that was approximately 300 pages that contained the details of my concerns. The dealership that I have made a complaint about is Barberino Nissan and more specifically my complaint is directed toward the owner/ President himself; Mr. Barberino, Sr. I was told that the information was sent to your legal Department but I did not get a call from your legal Department. My complaint is extremely personal in nature because I have made sexual complaints against the President of this dealership. I have complained about his unfair dealership practices, the President of this dealership has time and time again traded sexual favors for cars over a long period of time. These relationships were eventually discovered by his wife and in response to that this man has made threats to keep me silent. I have a civil suit that will be filed shortly and I have requested Consumer Affairs assistance in getting certain information/ documentation from the Barberino Nissan dealership. I have made these requests in writing and I have not received a response from Barberino Nissan. I have made serious accusations against Mr. Barberino and lucky for me I recorded a face to face conversation with him admitting that he lied. It's not often a person makes such heinous accusations against another person and have the benefit of recorded proof to substantiate their claims. I am contacting you as President of Nissan Corporation to tell you I have been sexually abused and threatened by an owner/ President of Barberino Nissan Dealership and I need assistance in making them provide information that I have asked for that will be needed for my civil suit, WILL YOU HELP ME?
I have run out of options, I have tried to settle my concerns with Barberino Nissan for 18 months and have gotten nowhere, our local news media is my only next option.
