Hello Mr Gulliver,
I would like to reclaim my bank chargers I have paid since banking with HSBC over the past 11 years. I have been informed that I am entitled to this refund as I was and continue to live in financial hardship. While being a full time student nurse I've seen both my tax credits and bursary slashed and struggle to live and pay my bills.
Could you please let me know how this is possible
