Sara  sent a message to Robin Hayes – Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation – Email Address that said:

Hello Mr. Hayes,

I am writing you to ask for your help because your employees are really great at their job and following all of your written rules on changes and cancellations 🙂

My family (husband and 3 boys) are finally going on a vacation after not having been on one in several years and meeting up with my brother who we haven't seen in several years as he is military and moves around with his family a lot and was deployed. We are all very excited for this big reunion as our parents have paid for us to meet up on a cruise - yay!

I just booked my flights after saving and pinching pennies for all 5 of us 4 days ago. I just realized that I booked the wrong return date. Like I mentioned, your employees are great at their job and would not budge on the waiving of fees. So, what do you do but go straight to the big guy in charge!

I don't have the money to pay the change fee or flight. It took us months to save that money. I am in the predicament of even going or not on this trip because I dont want my children and myself to be stuck at the airport on the way home. Just like you did when you were a child, they dream of going places but have never been.

If you are at all able to help my confirmation code is:
CIPZNZ. I just need to leave one day later on November 6.

Thank you for your help in this matter and a response either way would be appreciated.

Sara
