Hello Mr. Hayes,
This past year, I was informed a booking I made, of $750.00, had been expired and I would not be receiving any compensatory payment or voucher. I was subsequently told by the agent there is nothing that can or will be done, and hung up on. Considering the generous amount of this donation I would hope that I would receive a thank you card or at least an email thank you. To date, I have not received any sort of response in anyway. I hope that in becoming aware of your customer service quality, or lack there of in this case, you will see to the improvement of that department.
