Jason sent a message to Andrew House President and Group CEO, Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc. – email address that said:
Hello Mr. House,
I have been a very longtime customer of SOny starting with PS1. I have every console and in most instances I have multiple consoles for each generation. That brings me to my issue today. My ps4 stopped reading discs last year around June. I sent it in for service, and since I am a beta tester for GBTN and fully disabled I expected better service in line with the Playstation brand. This is not what I received! I called in a few times to find out the status as the repair was approaching 3 weeks and was told on previous calls that the console has been on the bench and opened up. My last call ended with me being told that my ps4 was "infested" and a "biohazard". To preserve my integrity and to prove that the tech was in the wrong, I videoed the reception of the console back from service, including the delivery by fedex. I then, in the same video, with no stops proceeded to take the unit apart to see this "infestation". TO cut this short, there was none. The etech lied on his forms and seeing that I paid for the extended warranty I feel completely jilted by your company. Please get this bitter taste for your company out of my mouth. Please help me resolve this! I have the video proving that there is no infestation, only dust.
Please do not wait too long to get back to me as I have other things in the works if this does not pan out (if you do not contact me). I contacted the Federal Justice Department and not a single person from your firm contacted them back, so there is only one step after this if you don't help me.
Thank you for your time,
Jason
